Read carefully before you order these are the refund & cancellation conditions:-
Customers are requested to check all the items for any defect, at the time of delivery. The ordered items will not be returned or replaced unless there is any reasonable defect. The reasonable defect here means:
1. The product packing becomes defective like opened or leaked, due to delivery.
2. The product is out of expiry date.3. Product other than the ordered product or of bad quality.
4. Fresh products need to be thoroughly checked by the customer at the time of delivery. In case the customer is not satisfied then a return request should be placed as soon as possible of delivery then only a replacement will be provided for the item.
Test Order Feature for New Customers:
Note:- The order will be delivered as per schedule and is valid for first time only. Get 10/- discount coupon per successful referral, redeemable on min. The Referral needs to be made through "My Account" page of our website and the friend registration should be done using your Referral ID. The friend has to place an order on our portal then the Referral will be considered successful. The customer care executive will announce coupon code post verification of your account.
Referral Point System
The reward points will be earned by the customer when he/she purchases from grocery or any products. He/she can build a chain by referring to his/her friends to grocery bazaar. Once the referral registers in jdsmart and start purchasing, the referrer will start getting reward points automatically credited to his/her account via defined calculation on every purchases of his/her friends. Even if the indirect or sub referrers purchase from jdmsart, then also, the above customers will get reward points. Customers are requested to check all the items, at the time of delivery. Once the delivery process is completed & the customer accepts the products, jdsmart shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the order. jdsmart will not be liable for any refund in such situation. If any delivery is not completed during first attempt due to erroneous or insufficient address, addressee not present at residence, address found locked or refusal to accept.
Cancellations have to be made as soon as possible after placing an order. We will be get in touch with our Customer Support Executive by sending an email or phone call. The customer can raise a return request in his system to claim the refund for any product. The bulk order of any particular product are subject to cancellation as we are retailers and wholesalers or distributors. The particular products here means grocery, food related items etc. Jdsmart reserves the right of cancelling any order. It will be communicated to customer via mail or phone.
